Neighbours told us that this happens daily and that people are fooled here. We had booked through MMT, but a man at the location told us to call a different number for the owner. That person denied our check-in, saying he didn't know about any online booking. The man didn't even ask for our name or booking ID. He claimed no payment had come through and insisted we pay offline, even though we'd already paid when booking. The place looked shady and the location felt unsafe. We couldn't find their contact number on Google, Maps, or our booking confirmation. Please don't book this stay, it's a scam.

The staff are good and helpful, though you may have to wait for towels and soap. There's no parking inside, but you can park on the road outside. It was good for the budget, but I didn't get the free breakfast that OYO listed.

If you're looking for a hotel near Prem Nagar in Dehradun, don't go here. There was no water, not even soap in the bathroom for washing hands, and no Wi-Fi despite what the websites said. The only thing there was a double bed to sleep on. No facilities and no better service. A very poor and disgusting hotel experience.

Don't book a hotel online here. With apps like Make my trip, Booking. Com, Oyo and others, they'll say the booking never reached their system and ask for more money. They refuse the online booking. This hotel is fraud.

They take your money, lock the gates, and deny you entry by saying the hotel is closed. That's the new kind of hotel service these scamsters are providing. STRICTLY DON'T BOOK THESE FRAUDS.
