Ravi made check-in smooth and welcoming, and the whole staff helped us feel comfortable and looked after. Pradeep, Chandni and Tania deserve special thanks for service that was both efficient and professional, yet warm and thoughtful from the moment we arrived. The food was outstanding too, with beautifully prepared meals, plenty of variety and consistently high quality. It's hard to compare the experience with star hotels we've stayed at outside India. The team's attention during meals and throughout our visit made a real difference. We'd highly recommend Radisson Mussoorie for a family trip, time with friends or a peaceful getaway. It was memorable, and we hope to return.

The rooms are spacious and well kept, and the balconies are roomy too. Food choices are good, with a nice range at breakfast. The hotel is about 1 km from mall road, but they provide a complimentary shuttle there each time.

Mrs taniya was great, and the staff were friendly, attentive and always ready to help. The food was the highlight for me, fresh, full of flavor and clearly made with care. Breakfast and dinner both exceeded my expectations. This hotel offers outstanding hospitality, and I highly recommend it for the service and food.

The little things made our 5 days at The Oasis Mussoorie so enjoyable. Restaurant staff were very hospitable, and when we had an early start for hiking, they packed breakfast for us in advance. We also loved the live music at dinner, and the minestrone was so good we ordered it every day. Transport was available up and down to near the starting point of mall road. My wife and I booked a suite for our anniversary, and Ravi, Chandni and the team took great care of us and made sure our needs were met. The airport transfer both ways was safe and comfortable, and our room was clean and well maintained. Every staff member's warmth and hospitality exceeded our expectations. We'd definitely recommend staying here.
