I was disappointed with the stay. The staff didn’t respond well or deal properly with our complaints, and the room wasn’t clean. There were stains on the bedsheets, and the washroom was poorly maintained. It wasn’t worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The owner was very friendly and went out of his way to help make our stay pleasant. Staff were polite, helpful, and accommodating with all our requests. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the ground-floor restaurant served an excellent breakfast. The rooms matched the pictures and had breathtaking views. Linens and towels were very clean and up to standard, the bathrooms were clean and working, and the WiFi was good. The smart LED worked too.

The view from our room was beautiful, and the rooms were great. Staff were polite and provided good service. They listened when we raised concerns and resolved them promptly. There wasn’t even a water bottle, kettle, towel, or handwash in the room. You had to ask for the basic things that should be there before check-in. The balcony was so dusty you couldn’t stand on it. The rooms were very dirty, with unclean pillow covers and random hairs all over. There were layers of dust on the room landline too. The building is old and needs maintenance and proper cleaning. They aren’t running it professionally, yet charge a hefty amount for poor service. Please give hygiene and cleanliness priority.
