The staff's behavior at checkout was the worst part. While I waited for my cab, the manager and staff asked personal questions like “What do you do?” and “What is your salary?” They laughed, clapped, and joked with each other, which made me extremely uncomfortable. They also made unnecessary remarks about the food I left and joked among themselves about what they had or hadn't given me. When I raised my concerns, they apologized, but kept making comments in front of me. Mr. Ashish from the front office then said he'd been trying to find my Instagram ID for a long time. I was shocked. That's completely inappropriate and unprofessional, and guests deserve privacy and respect. As a solo female traveler, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. My stay was very poor: the breakfast was low quality and far below expectations, and the washroom tap was broken and leaking continuously.

They kept asking for payment every morning, and charged for every small thing. Staff seemed unaware of the rules. The room rate was 2000, but they only gave dental kits when asked, and there was no shoe polish. The towel looked very dirty and the bathroom smelled bad. They also refused to give me breakfast one day because I had checked in early, at 6:30 am. A very bad experience with the hotel staff.

Mamraj ji was especially good to deal with, with excellent behavior and communication. The staff were very good, and the room was clean and nice.

The flowers were very nice, and I got a 25 star rating. The hotel and staff were very good, the front office manager was good too, and the other services were all good.
