The Solitaire Resort

A suggestion for parents: it would help if the hotel kept digital thermometers for babies in case someone leaves theirs at home. The front desk team made check-in smooth and welcoming. Nisha Singh in dining was polite and prompt, always with a genuine smile, which made each meal pleasant. Housekeeping also responded immediately and without complaint when my daughter got sick in the room and cleaned everything up. We really appreciated that.

My stay was a very disappointing experience for a hotel claiming to be four-star. I checked in on 10 June 2026 with two children, and despite telling staff about the inconvenience, the lengthy check-in came with no consideration. I requested a glass at 8:00 a.m. and still had not received it by 9:39 p.m. For almost every need, I had to call 5-6 times, while reception, room service, and restaurant numbers were often busy or unanswered. At lunch, the kitchen was closed, leaving my 3-year-old son hungry for nearly 5 hours. The Veg Hakka Noodles came cold, as though made earlier and reheated, and the Khichdi was stale, sour, and rancid tasting. Service was extremely poor, and guest comfort did not seem to matter. Based on my experience at Solitaire Resort by Lawrence Hotels, I would not recommend it to anyone. This reflects my honest experience during my stay. Posted on 12 June 2026.

The beautiful setting offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere, and the food and hospitality exceeded my expectations. At The Solitaire Resort by Lawrence Hotels, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. Staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to help. My stay was comfortable and memorable, and I’d recommend it to families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I look forward to coming back.
