Treebo White Sand

There was someone knocking on our door several times around 1am, and management didn't properly look into it. They claimed it was a man from our group, which wasn't true. The owner or manager was very rude, and the staff didn't seem reliable. The rooms were unhygienic, with cockroaches roaming around. When we reported them, a staff member said all the rooms had cockroaches and that pest control hadn't fully solved it, so they weren't going to help. This place isn't worth even one star. It's a waste of money, and I'd avoid it.

The sheets, mattress, pillow covers, and quilt were so dirty that I didn't want to touch them. I asked to have them changed. The rooms are small and only okay, and they don't look like the pictures. The television was useless, with only YouTube working after signing in with your own credentials. I was there for a conference and didn't have to pay, but I still wouldn't recommend it. Not a good experience.

The central location is handy, with the mall a five-minute walk away, and private parking was included, secure, and easy to access. For a budget stay, that made the price feel fair. The Treebo White Sand works for a short visit if being in the city matters most, though it needs updates to match its mid-range positioning. The rooms look dated, the AC units are noisy, and the bathrooms need work, especially the rusty fixtures. You can hear noise from the hallway and nearby rooms, and breakfast was a basic buffet without much variety for a hotel in this category. I'd choose this hotel for the central convenience only if I wasn't expecting premium comfort.

We stayed at this hotel for more than a year, and it was a major disappointment. The owner didn't know how to speak with guests and ignored requests for even small crockery items. The rent was far too high, and food started at 500 to 600 even for a small bread and omelet. They had promised complimentary breakfast, but still added it to the bill.
