The food tasted good and the portions were generous, though it was much too oily. The washroom was clean and had hot water. But the AC didn't work at all, which is unbearable in Delhi when it's over 45 degrees. The hotel is far inside the Tibetien colony in Delhi, so there's a long walk from where the auto drops you to the room.

The main reception staff were helpful, and I liked the little boy serving in the restaurant. But the hotel was definitely dirty and the service didn't match the price. It was noisy at night, and during our two-night stay, music was playing early in the morning.

The staff were rude and didn't seem interested in fixing the problem. I'm still trying to get my booking refunded. OYO's app says this property accepts local IDs, but twice I booked, arrived at check-in time, and was turned away because they said local IDs weren't allowed. When I showed them what the app said, they just claimed it was listed incorrectly. They didn't treat me like a guest at all. A big no for this hotel.

I had paid the full amount and booked my room in advance, but they still refused to give me one, saying none were available. They didn't even have the basic decency to let me know, leaving me to deal with this while carrying my luggage. It's hard to imagine a worse thing happening to a traveller. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Getting there by cab is difficult. For dinner, only two items from the menu were available, so we had to order online. The delivery guy couldn't find us and asked us to come to the main road, which meant navigating a maze of narrow roads or gallis.
