The room was humid and poorly ventilated, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. The bedsheets didn’t feel fresh, and there was no shower gel or shampoo. After we asked, they gave us one dirty slipper for two guests. We also had to request towels. They were washed, but still had black stains, and the second one arrived a few minutes after the first. The staff were okay, though I feel the room should have been ready before we got there. We called from the airport to ask about availability and price. A woman said a room was available for 1800, or 2200 with breakfast. At reception, we were told there was no room available at that price, and it would cost 2500 or 3000. The price online was below 1800. Even at 2500 or 3000, I think the place should keep clean and live up to the standards shown in the Google pictures. We came expecting a new hotel with good amenities, cleanliness and service, but the room was only okay. Very disappointing.

In a city like the Delhi NCR, I’d recommend Aerovilla to women traveling alone. It feels homely and safe, and the price is reasonable. The place is fairly well kept, though cleanliness could be better, and they could provide a few more bathroom essentials for people passing through. Mr Narendra, Mr Hussain/ Hassan, Mr Kuldeep and Mr Rahul were all very well behaved.

We booked after seeing reviews in several places, but in reality everything felt fake. The room was very small, and the washroom was like a public toilet. The location didn’t feel suitable for walking at night. Around midnight there was no water in the washroom, and the room phone wasn’t working. We had to go to reception, where they started the motor to fill the tank. It was a nightmare experience.

The rooms were a bit small and pricey, but the service was good and the location was nice.
