The rooms are decent, but the sheets were dirty and spoiled. Watch out for an extra city charge on top of your booking amount. The manager behaved very badly and tried to scam me. He wouldn't explain the actual rules and seemed intent on charging me extra, while also pressuring me to eat at his own restaurant. Be careful around him.

Although it's near the airport, the hotel is tucked into narrow streets, and cabs refuse to drop off or pick up there. Inside, the rooms are very dirty and poorly ventilated. None of the switchboards worked, and doors and locks were broken throughout.

The rooms themselves are good, but the staff, management, and hospitality were awful. The person at reception was very rude to us. We had a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it for families.

The room was cozy, quiet, and clean. Staff were polite too. 😄

We made a booking, but the hotel staff cancelled it. When we asked for the bill, they said they'd email it, and we're still waiting. The property was also very hard to find, and I wouldn't stay here with my family. The washroom was the worst part, and the room isn't even worth describing. There's nothing deluxe about it, so they could take “deluxe” out of the name. This place feels like a scam, and I wouldn't rely on its good reviews since they may have been doctored.
