The towels were a real letdown. Every day I had to ask for clean ones, and I don’t understand why they kept putting greyish-white, worn-out, smelly towels in the bathroom when fresh towels were available. On the last day, after a long day’s work and wanting to shower and sleep before work the next day, I lost my patience and asked why it was so hard to leave good, clean towels for guests. I was unbelievably disappointed.

Every part of our stay was perfect, and I’ve stayed in lots of places. The apartment was beautiful, cosy, comfortable, and extremely clean. Each floor has three rooms sharing a common area, and the decor is lovely. The area is exceptional, the 24/7 service was outstanding, and breakfast was a dream. The price felt fair for what they offer. Highly recommend this place. 🫶🏻

It’s clean and quiet, even with shared common areas, and the staff are fantastic and supportive. Breakfast has plenty of choice, and the coffee is great. You’re about 10mns from lots of restaurants and the market. A great location and a good option if you’d rather avoid the sterile feel of a hotel room. I’ll definitely come back.

Breakfast was a lovely surprise, with eggs, pancakes, waffles, paratha and excellent coffee in the small basement dining area. I brought my family from the US to India and chose Defence Colony because I know the area well. The rooms were cosy and spacious, with all the amenities we needed, and the staff cleaned daily and turned down the beds. Joy, one of the people managing the property, was especially helpful. It was a little expensive, but made the trip easy and convenient for my family. I’d recommend it.

After the bustle of Delhi, coming back to Bungalow 99 felt relaxing and homely. The lady whose name I unfortunately forgot, along with Joy, were kind and went out of their way to help, even with little things. Thanks for having us!
