Our triple room turned out to be a double. After we asked five times, they finally put a mattress on the floor with a dirty pillow. The replacement pillow was dirty too. My friend wrapped a T-shirt around it and slept in our bed instead. We couldn’t shower until the next day because the hot water was switched off and nobody told us how to turn it on. The tank was so small that showers had to be very quick. The door card worked once, then we had to go to reception each time to get it activated. The room was nice, but the service ruined the stay. Staff need customer service training.

I paid online through Oyo, but on arrival they put me in a tiny, dirty room on the ground floor by the lift. It looked like a servant’s room. The staff were rude and had no basic manners with guests. I asked to change rooms, but they refused. Then they cancelled my booking without refunding me, and Oyo wouldn’t help when I called. I left and had to find another hotel in person. Stay n Rove was horrible. Please don’t stay there.

The room was clean, the staff were good, and the food was okay. There was just one irritating thing: whenever I came back from outside, I had to call staff to open the door because they wouldn’t give me a card. They said all the cards were broken, which made me laugh.

The room was clean, but check the door before picking a room because some of them won’t lock from the inside. They didn’t bring drinking water even when I asked, and the AC remote didn’t work.

The property seems old, and I found cockroaches in the room. It really wasn’t up to standard. A very bad experience, I wouldn’t book here.
