The rooms and bathroom were dirty and unhygienic, and the website photos gave the wrong impression. As soon as we got inside, we were already thinking about leaving. The receptionist was an ill-mannered young boy, unfriendly and unable to speak properly. The one good thing is that it’s near the airport, but this was definitely a bad choice.

Breakfast was OK, and the staff were generally helpful. But rooms weren’t cleaned every day, and the hot water tank had to be switched on. Several people in our group had no hot water for two days. Only a few rooms had safes. The outlets were awkward to use, so some of us had to prop up our plugs to charge. Since the hotel is on a side street, our bus stopped on the main road and we had to carry our luggage in.

The staff were polite and helpful, and Gaurav at the front office deserves special thanks for making the stay pleasant. Good rooms too. I’d recommend booking here if you need somewhere near the airport.

The room was comfortable, clean, safe, and had everything we needed. I’m giving four stars because of a communication mix-up: I requested six days in a three-bed room, but was first offered a double room for two days. After I argued, they gave me the room I’d asked for. Aside from that, everything was good.
