The bathroom tap in our filthy room wouldn't shut off, and nobody came to fix it. Broken fixtures and dirty rooms made for a terrible stay. There were also couples hanging around the lobby and hallways, dressed inappropriately for a family setting, so bilkul family safe nahi hai. Staff had no manners, kept pestering us for tips from the moment we arrived, and didn't know how to talk to guests. It's a very bad hotel, looks like an Oyo without branding. Avoid it at all costs if you're travelling with family.

The food was good, and the rooms were spacious and clean. But service was slow: rooms weren't ready at check-in, and some didn't have towels or toiletries. Despite several complaints, some rooms still had no hot water in the bathroom.

The staff were polite and quick to help, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

I'm a photographer, and I'd never recommend this banquet venue. The service was really disappointing, and even the manager wouldn't provide a switch so I could charge my batteries. The washroom was very dirty too.

The food tasting for my Haldi booking at Hotel Ornate Inn was a disaster. The food tasted horrible and the portions were tiny. The owner's behaviour was rude and unacceptable, with no professionalism or hospitality. I definitely wouldn't recommend it for an event.
