A complete hell on earth, the worst experience I've ever had. The staff and team were horrible. There was no water in the room or washroom, and the toilet had no flush. My clothes smelled bad, there were mosquitoes and cockroaches, and no matter how many times I asked, nobody cleaned anything. I wanted to file a legal complaint yesterday, but I left.

Insects and bugs were roaming around the room, even on the bed. The washroom wasn't properly cleaned, and the room needs work too. Our experience with hotel cherryin was very bad for hygiene. Maybe next time will be better. 😊

They gave my room to someone else while I was out at my site/work in the morning, and when I got back in the evening they told me I could move to another room. I was so angry that I decided to change hotels. They don't even have hotel bills to give customers, and the place isn't worth more than 200 rupees a day. I stayed for 3 days, and the staff don't know how to treat customers. It's the worst, most third-class hotel I've stayed in. If you're considering it, I'd suggest hotel silver Stone nearby, close to ashok park metro station. It's cheaper than this phhaltu hotel, the staff behavior is very good, and the room is good too.

The bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned, and the bedsheets and towels smelled foul. The hotel and rooms were in terrible condition. A waste of money.

There's an open drain right beside this shady place, and the air smells bad. The rooms are shabby too. Not recommended at all.
