The refrigerator wasn’t working, and the blanket smelled really bad. They also wouldn’t let us bring in outside food from places like Zomato or Swiggy, and seemed to want us to eat only their own food, which tasted bad. They charged me 30% extra for checking in just two hours early and wouldn’t negotiate at all. I’d suggest avoiding this hotel and finding somewhere better for the price.

I paid 1200 for just five hours and got no facilities or privacy. The room was filthy and messy, including the toilet and bedroom, and the staff were just as dirty. They kept interrupting me. I asked for a key after they gave me the room, but was told it was completely secure and there’d be no problem. I didn’t feel safe there. Really bad experience, a total waste of money. I specifically asked never to come back.

There was no shower or tap water in the bathroom, only the washbasin worked. Staff kept disturbing us because they wanted to inspect and repair the AC after assigning the room. They also asked to use our phone to post a review themselves. The hotel seemed focused on money and asked for more than OYO had quoted.

The rooms were poorly designed, the washrooms dirty, and the staff ill-mannered. The manager will demand 1800 rs per night regardless of the price you booked, and won’t even let you wait in reception before check-in. Easy pass, don’t go.
