The stay was clean and comfortable, but pricey. After paying that much per night, they still charge for things like chips and soft drinks from the minibar, and at more than double the MRP.

A few staff members were very good, but the manager didn't take my repeated complaints seriously, and the cost didn't match the service. I stayed almost a week, then left because the experience was so bad. The water in my room came through the basin tap, while the other tap ran so slowly that filling a bucket took nearly 20 minutes. The manager's answer was that the water just came that way. One day there was no water at all; after I complained, staff brought two buckets from downstairs so I could get ready for work. They finally fixed it after a week, but had done nothing before then. Breakfast didn't have much choice, yet cost a lot. The food was expensive too, so if you end up staying here, don't order lunch or dinner from the hotel. You can use Zomato or swiggy instead. That's how it went for me.

The room was damp, with putty constantly falling from the walls. The bathroom smelled bad and wasn't clean. Its lock was broken, the bathtub was dirty and very old, and the old-style Geysar wouldn't heat the water. Cockroaches were roaming around the room too. Staff also claimed we'd taken chips and a cold drink from the room, which we hadn't. It was a very pathetic experience.

The room had a cockroach, and the washroom was very small. Staff weren't available after 11 pm because they hadn't arranged night duty. The floor was a little muddy, and the interior was so-so, not very good. The hotel didn't look like the pictures, and it wasn't worth what I paid.
