Clean towels and room service were basic requests, yet they were ignored or took hours. Whenever we asked for something, the staff seemed irritated, and their dismissive way of speaking made things worse. They didn’t apologize or try to sort out the problems. The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone looking for a comfortable, respectful stay. Management needs to train them in customer service.

The rooms were spacious and the staff helpful. I was there for a wedding and found it a great place to stay, though it felt a bit far from the airport. Winter fog may have contributed to the delay. There’s no taxi service, and getting Uber or Rapido to accept a ride from this location can be difficult.

Parking was easy, with the valet and attendants keeping things moving even for a large crowd. The baraat was lively, with good music and well-managed crowd flow. I attended my friend Nitin Goyal’s wedding yesterday at Resort City Park, New Delhi, and the whole event was a memorable experience. The venue looked lovely, with elegant décor, warm lighting, and a layout that felt grand but still comfortable. Food from starters through desserts was fresh, flavourful, and nicely presented, with plenty of variety. The staff were polite, attentive, and coordinated, handling requests quickly and with a smile. Bar service was also excellent, with a wide drink selection, skilled bartenders, and quick service. Thanks to Nitin Goyal and family for hosting and coordinating with the event managers.

Rooms are on par with five-star hotels, and the front desk is courteous. The hotel is conveniently situated on NH. Room service staff could improve, but the place seems good for a stay.

We went for a wedding function. The snacks were delicious, well cooked, and really good.
