The staff and owner were polite, and service was especially quick. I stayed for work for quite a while, so being allowed to bring my pet took care of a major concern. The 2bhk apartments were very spacious, the food was freshly prepared to my specifications, and I got a very good deal. It turned into an amazing stay.

The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and nicely done, and the staff tried hard to help. But the way management handled our wedding booking spoiled the stay. We had several rooms, and the immediate family ended up dealing with new rules and charges, including Rs.1000 for something worth Rs.150, instead of enjoying the celebrations. Ms. Sonali being away during the actual event made things more chaotic because staff couldn't make decisions. We liked the property, but the management left us with a very unpleasant experience.

The rooms were spacious and nicely done, and our photos there came out really well. The place itself could work for a pre-wedding stay, though the reception looks more suited to kids' birthday parties. Some staff were helpful, which made the wedding chaos a little easier, but customer service needs work and we wouldn't recommend it for a special occasion. We booked 5 apartments as walk-in customers and planned a pre-wedding function there too. At first we were shown one sheet with a few basic rules, but couldn't take a copy, and it had disappeared on later visits. Other rules and charges weren't shared in writing, and everything was discussed verbally. In the weeks before the wedding, Sonali kept bringing up new costs, including extra charges for outside catering, even though their own catering was very expensive. Guest limits also came up that hadn't been discussed earlier. When we checked in, there were no lockers because Sonali hadn't authorised them before going on holiday. With guests already there and the wedding underway, we couldn't do much about these unpredictable dealings. As walk-in customers, we couldn't be expected to find hotel charges on indirect websites. We never expected to stay for free or use public areas without paying, but leaving out information at the start felt misleading and in bad taste. What we expect from a hotel is hospitality, and that was missing in the haphazard handling, apart from some staff. Other good hotels I've stayed in have been open, honest, and hospitable.

The apartment is pretty, though overpriced for what you see on 99acres. The owners ask very personal questions, if that kind of attention from middle-aged women appeals to you. Also, the photo is misleading: the lawn and trees have been cleared and another building now stands there, so a front-view apartment is no longer available.
