Collection O 30072 Greater Kailash

Priya made my late-night arrival much easier by picking a great room and keeping it available for me. I first booked three nights, then decided to come back a week later. The rooms and location are great, the executives are courteous and genuinely helpful, and the prices offer really hard-to-beat value. OYO Systems also make things accessible and transparent. I'll stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The room and washroom were clean, and it was quiet. In fact, getting help was so difficult that even after asking for room service, nobody came to the door. Service was very slow too. We had to call three times just to get toiletries, and the food and morning tea were awful. For a 2X room there was only one towel, and the door had just one lock that a duplicate key could open, so you couldn't bolt it from inside and feel secure.

The sheet had stains, the washroom smelled of urine, and even after I told reception, they didn't move us to another room. Food and service were dreadful. I ordered milk for my kids, but it arrived 45 minutes later, so we had to leave with them still hungry. Outside food wasn't allowed, yet they left us waiting for what we'd ordered. I've stayed in a small place in mehsana that was ten times better. At a lodge you might expect service like this, but even that person at reception didn't bother to apologize. I don't know whether oyo cares about feedback, but anyone reading this should avoid the place.

Tea took 45 minutes to reach the room, even after I called to remind them. The extra sugar came another 30 minutes later, by which point the tea couldn't stay warm. At breakfast the paratha and sandwich were cold, and nobody seemed to care when I mentioned it. The tea wasn't hot either. The hotel itself is nicely built, with spacious rooms, elegant interiors, and a comfortable bed. It's right on the main road in GK2 near Savitri crossing. Management is the weak point: nobody greeted me, and after handing in my documents I was sent to find my own room with my luggage.
