There was chewing gum on the floor and a beer bottle in the bin, and now my bag has gum on it too. They handed me a napkin when I asked for a towel. The room hadn't been cleaned before check-in, there was no water, and the mosquito problem was bad. Tea and breakfast had no set times. One of the worst hotels I've seen, worse than a guest house. Even a dharamsala would be better. Never visit.

This felt like a total scam. They operate one hotel under three different names, turn away bookings made through other websites, and demand extra money at check-in. The staff were rude and behaved badly. I'd give a negative rating if I could. Please don't book.

The service wasn't quite up to standard, but the staff were generous. They helped us find our bag after we lost it in a taxi in delhi, and they also let us check out later.

The address on Google wasn't clear, and the reception phone wasn't working. The doors had no locks. Staff told me not to worry because there were cameras.

I missed my flight because the staff behaved badly toward me and didn't provide a cab on time. Room service was very poor too. This has been the worst experience of my life so far. Don't stay here if your time matters.
