FabExpress Santosh Residency

What they say and what they actually do don't line up. The quality and taste weren't satisfactory, so the whole experience left me disappointed.

The location listing said the hotel was near V3S mall, but it was actually around 5 km away. The room was just okay, and the bathroom was a tiny box with no space to bathe. I asked to change rooms and was refused on the grounds that everything was booked, although the whole floor seemed empty. They didn't provide soap, a towel, or a water bottle, and the intercom didn't work. The lift was out too, so I had to walk down four floors to reception for room supplies. Staff were rude. At first they said there was no booking, then claimed it was for only one person. They finally let me check in after 15-20 minutes. One of my worst hotel booking experiences.

I can't understand how this residency has so many good reviews. Our stay was awful: the place was very poorly cleaned, music blared at night, and staff weren't helpful. It seems popular with a certain group of younger customers, and management caters to them without regard for moral or legal duties or business ethics.

The hotel is in the market, and the cleanliness and service were poor. I booked one night but couldn't sleep because a loudspeaker behind the hotel stayed on overnight for a local function. Please look closely at the pictures I uploaded. There's too much to mention in a comment.
