You’re all cheaters and frauds. Fab hotel a 97 is harassing us over payment. Our booking total was 6200, and I’d already paid you 1550, but then they asked us for another 7800. The payment link came from saif ali, and I’ve paid 9300 altogether, which isn’t acceptable. The hotel incharge is harassing and threatening us for payment. saif ali is another fraud, and hasn’t answered any of my calls since I paid. I’ll send this email to higher authority too. Fabhotel and fab a 97 are both harassing us. Refund the total 3300, otherwise I’ll take initiative.

We’re tour operators based in New Delhi and booked accommodation for our clients. They didn’t check in and left the property as soon as they saw it. We’ve started the refund process. Please update the property’s digital photos so they match its actual appearance, or Fab hotels could lose business.

The owner and staff were very rude, and the room had no service. Every other service came at a price, and nothing felt customer friendly. I had a really bad experience. You may want to carry anti bed bug spray.

The rooms were filthy and the service was poor, but the manager’s behavior was the worst part of my stay at FabHotel A 97. He was loud and shouted, and the way he spoke was disrespectful and made calm communication impossible. It was unprofessional and unacceptable. I booked online expecting decent service. The whole experience was dreadful, and this was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Avoid this place.

Fab exicutive promised three beds when we booked the room for three, but the hotel had no extra bed for the third person. The television didn't work either. The staff were good, but I wouldn't trust fab hotels.
