Staff were hard to reach, and repeated calls and complaints didn't bring a quick response or a useful fix. Electricity problems also caused a lot of discomfort. The buffet service we expected wasn't available despite the high rate, which felt misleading. We weren't even properly provided drinking water, and guests had to go downstairs to refill empty bottles at a common dispenser. The hospitality was poor and the per-day room charges were steep, making this stay frustrating and far below expectations. I'd advise people to reconsider booking unless the management improves its service and basic facilities.

A woman on the staff was especially polite and humble with us, and I really appreciated how the staff looked after us. I'd strongly recommend staying at this lovely hotel when you visit Delhi.

The location made it easy to explore, and we’d definitely come back. Our room was modern, quiet, and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a rainfall shower we especially liked. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout.
