Fabhotel F9 Pitampura

There was seepage in the rooms, dirty sheets, and footprints across the floor. Hygiene and upkeep were completely lacking. The place was disgusting, and honestly, sleeping in your car would be better than staying here.

The location worked perfectly for me, and check-in through check-out went smoothly. My room was clean and well furnished, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. I had an amazing stay.

We only stayed because we arrived very late and needed somewhere to sleep. The rooms and bathrooms smelled bad and were unhygienic, with lots of mosquitoes in the rooms. The hotel entrance was extremely dirty too. The conditions were so poor that we were willing to give up the money we had paid in advance and find somewhere else, but it was too late to find an alternative. It was terrible value, and not worth staying even at Rs1000 night.

I left as soon as I checked in because the kerosene smell was unbearable and the room was in awful shape. It was dusty, smelled foul, had spider webs and dirty curtains, and the whitewash was peeling. I asked for a refund, and they admitted the problems but still refused to give my money back. This is the worst property.
