I've stayed here more than four times in the last six months and haven't had any issues with the quality of the stay. They keep to a punctual schedule for room cleaning and maintenance. Depending on the room type, prices range from 2000 to 3500, which seems reasonable for what's provided. There are plenty of good food options nearby: Josie's Coffee Place, Maa Durga Chole Bhatura corner (near D Block), a momo stall on the same street towards the main road next to the Egg / Omelette shop (near Realme Phone store), Indian Naan House for rolls, Mitra Da Dhaba for veg food, South Indian Fast food for South Indian Veg items, and Om Juice and Shakes Hut. Nearby restaurants also deliver through Swiggy /Zomato. I do wish they had breakfast choices available on demand.

Ram bhie was especially gentle, soft-spoken, and kind. The staff treated us like family and with so much respect. They made sure we had everything, including blankets and lunch. This trip will stay with me for a lifetime. Thank you so much, Ram bhie. Love you from the heart and soul. Shukriya, and thank you for everything 🙏 I'll visit again soon.

I had a prepaid booking that was confirmed, and the listing said nothing about a restriction like “no foreigners allowed.” When I arrived, they turned me away just because I'm a foreigner. I lost about 1.5 hours and had to pay extra for a taxi to find another place. The hotel offered neither help nor compensation. Both the booking information and the way the hotel handled this were a serious problem.
