The service felt professional, and the price was good for what you get. The room looked modern and was spotless. It's also in a convenient area, with easy access to everything.

Hotel Grand was listed on OYO as an air-conditioned room with a TV, so that's what I booked and paid for. Instead I arrived to a fan-only room with no AC, poor hygiene, and a dirty bathroom. Staff asked for another ₹500 to give me an AC room and told me, “Yahi hai, chahiye to btao.” They said they had already asked OYO to take down the listing, but it was still showing AC rooms on the app. I contacted OYO support and got no refund or solution, so I lost the full prepaid amount. The listing was misleading, the service was unprofessional, and OYO support didn't help. I can't recommend booking here through OYO.

Housekeeping came regularly, and my room was clean and roomy. The staff were polite and ready to help, and getting to nearby attractions and transport was easy from here. I stayed for a few nights and had a good time. There are a few minor things they could improve, though nothing serious. It was a comfortable stay, and I'd consider returning.
