We arrived late at night with small children, and the hotel said it wouldn't honor our booking. We had booked through booking.com and paid the full amount online. They'd confirmed the reservation several times, but then said they don't take online bookings and demanded that we pay again, for much more. They didn't seem to care that we had kids with us. Avoid this place.

Mr Surender Singh made us feel welcome and handled the guests really well. The staff were welcoming too, and the service was very good. Our room was spacious and clean, including the bedsheets and washroom. It’s close to the airport, which was handy for staying here with my family. I’d stay again for sure.

A very upsetting, disgusting stay. The bathroom was extremely unclean, and there was hair on the bedsheets. They didn’t hand over a room key, so I had to stay back in the room.

The hotel and fabhotel customer care didn’t seem to care about customers. After making a partial advance payment, I arrived at 23:00, but the frontman kept me waiting for 40 minutes before saying there was no room after all. I asked to cancel and get my advance back. The owner said cancellation wasn’t available and told me to call customer care. When I called the next morning, I was told the owner refused the case and said I hadn’t come. They were still asking for the balance payment, and the UPI account was frozen for that.

The rooms were cheap, but dirty. The street was very noisy, and the staff had limited English.
