FabHotel Happy Residency

The rooms and bathroom were filthy, as if they’d never been cleaned since the building was made. The doors felt unsafe, and even when locked with a key, anyone could open them. They charge too much for such bad rooms, bathrooms, and hospitality. We came as a couple, and the staff didn’t behave well or show respect to guests who had travelled a long way. Service and hospitality were very bad. They didn’t provide the toiletries and other things they said they would, and parking was bad too. There’s actually no parking space, despite what they claim. What you see in the media isn’t how it is.

This is a three-storey property within walking distance of Kalkaji Police Station, surrounded by residential bungalows. The room has useful amenities: a mini fridge, A.C., Smart T.V., wide single bed, chairs, sofa, locker, and wardrobe.

The walls had severe dampness and every room had a very strange smell. One room had pathetic conditions, with broken door knobs and mattress springs malfunctioning. I changed rooms, but the AC and TV in the other one didn’t work either.

🤢 I regret sharing that my stay was extremely poor and disappointing. I want to warn other potential guests about the unacceptable conditions I encountered. As soon as I stepped into the room, it was obvious that basic hygiene and cleanliness standards weren’t being met.
