The room was stained, cleaning and bed linen were unhygienic, and there were lots of mosquitoes. When we checked in at 3-30 am, the hand wash bottle was empty. The restaurant fellow kept knocking on the door asking for cash. We’d arrived from Varanasi at 3-15 am and asked the night receptionist for just a half-hour late checkout, until 11-30 am. He said the room tariff of 1800 would be charged after 11 am. Thanks for having such excellent front desk staff, with no service sense or awareness of the situation. We weren’t asking for two or three hours, just half an hour.

The street was very noisy, and the hotel was full of mosquitoes. Dirty bedsheets and a horrible toilet made it a terrible stay. It’s a 1 star hotel presented as a 3 star one, so don’t be fooled by the website pictures. We paid for three days but didn’t stay even one night, and they didn’t refund us. One of the worst hotels we’ve ever visited.

The room and service were poor. They took the full payment at check-in, which I’ve never seen anywhere else. None of the services they listed were provided, not even basic toiletries such as a towel or soap. The bathroom door lock didn’t work properly either. Don’t waste your time, energy, or money here.

The bathroom had no hot water, and several taps didn't work right. Inside the room, the bedsheet, pillowcases, and blankets were dirty, marked with cigarette burns and holes. They had no clean replacements, either. Nothing seemed to work, and there was no service. I'd rather sleep on the road than stay in a hotel like this.
