Fabhotel Mona Continental

The hotel covers the basic needs for a stay, but what it offers doesn't match the price, and there's a lot to improve. The Deluxe Room felt cramped, with little space or comfort. The bathroom design and amenities also fell short of what I'd expect from a three-star hotel. We had to ask several times for tea and coffee supplies and bath items to be replenished, when housekeeping should have handled that proactively. The buffet breakfast was served at the adjacent Mona Grand rather than in the hotel, which was inconvenient. Given the relatively high rates, the services and facilities didn't justify the cost.

This was the worst stay I've had. I took photos and will upload them on all social media platforms because customers are being misled.

The service felt very uncaring, and even the basics were missing. There was no soap, no towels, and no proper blankets for winter. There were no refreshments, the TV didn't work, and the hot water ran very weakly.

Getting around this hotel was difficult, and there was nowhere to park. The entrance was a mess, and the food was in a separate building. For the free breakfast, I had to walk to another hotel, and the food there was very low quality. It was a terrible stay, so be careful.
