The food at the hotel's own restaurant was a highlight, tasty and reasonably priced, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. I also found the location convenient and the atmosphere peaceful, which would suit a business trip or a break. Mr. Uday was especially supportive, and the rest of the staff were warm and ready to help throughout my stay. My room was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and comfortable without losing its elegance. The service, cleanliness, and care with the details all went beyond what I expected. I had a memorable stay and would happily recommend it.

Indraprastha Apollo Hospital is about 1.5 KM away, and the location worked well for us. We enjoyed our stay, with all the hotel staff providing outstanding service and behaving very politely.

The reception team was quick to help and very polite, and housekeeping was kind and prompt too. The place was clean and matched what the hotel photos showed. It's in a prime location, and I'd choose it for a safe, hygienic stay.

The location was a plus, with good connections, and the staff were friendly and attentive. They did their best to deal with the problems in the room. The food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was tasty and adjusted to our preferences. We'd booked ahead and there were no other rooms available, so we couldn't switch hotels, though we would have otherwise. The first room had an AC that didn't work. In the second, there were mosquitoes, a faulty door lock, a basin that didn't work properly, a dead lamp, bad charging sockets, and weak Wi-Fi. The rooms were also much smaller than the listing on Booking.com suggested. Three stars.
