Delhi has plenty of places to stay, and I wouldn't choose this one again. The rooms were dirty, with something defective in each one, whether the AC, bathroom, or TV. There were bedbugs everywhere, and nobody answered when I called the kitchen. I was also charged unnecessarily. Booking here felt like walking into a trap.

The sheets had oil and food marks on them, and the rooms hadn't been cleaned properly. They didn't seem to care when I complained.

Staff were pleasant and the room was just okay. Breakfast costs far too much, and the taxes are very expensive too. Otherwise, it's a normal hotel.

The owner was unpleasant, the heater didn't work, and the bed sheets and blanket were filthy. The place was terribly dirty. Just a very bad hotel.

I was left waiting for two hours with my four-month-old because my online booking wasn't showing in their system. The staff were rude and wouldn't cooperate.
