The place was very dirty, and the night receptionist was rude. He asked me to pay extra for the room and used hate speech. When I asked for the manager’s mobile number, the receptionist said he was the manager and demanded another payment. The hotel was listed online under a different name, then had another name when I arrived. It felt like a total fraud.

They charged ₹200 to bring up one bottle of water and some food. The staff were very rude, the rooms were filthy, and the TV didn’t work. I’d never go back.

No facilities, abusive staff, and extra charges. Better to sleep on the road than come here.

After I finally found the place, the receptionist asked for more money because it was the weekend, even though I’d already paid in full through MakeMyTrip. I paid since we were exhausted, but the room smelled awful, and the pillows and sheets were dirty and stinky. The bathroom was unhygienic too, and the photos on booking sites looked completely different. I contacted MMT support, lost another three hours, and checked out immediately because the smell was unbearable. I’d booked one night on a weekend, with my train arriving at 11:45 and another train home the next day. I’d hoped to rest and explore Delhi. But there was no hotel at the listed location. I spent an hour and a half looking and waiting on MakeMyTrip support, then managed to identify this dump myself. It uses different names on different websites. Don’t book here.
