FabHotel RG Stay

I arrived at midnight to find that the room I'd prepaid for had been given to someone who walked in to book. The room they gave me didn't look like the pictures, and the peephole had no lens, so you could see the bed from both sides. When I pointed it out, staff laughed and stuck tape over it from outside. The place felt unethical, with unprofessional staff and an unhygienic room. I couldn't even locate the property because there was no signboard. I'd seen reviews over a year old where Fab Hotel had replied about the signboard, but it still wasn't there, which made me feel they take customers for granted. The host, Amandeep, was unresponsive and inconsiderate. After two hours of arguing with customer care and getting nowhere, I had to leave at 2AM to find somewhere else. I didn't stay. The positive reviews seem fake to me. Don't go with family or friends. Stay safe and away from this place.

My last two days here were awful, and this is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. I wasted an hour trying to find it because there was no sign or landmark at the location. When I called the manager, he switched his phone off after the first ring. There weren't any basic essentials, hygiene was poor, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. The room lights didn't work properly either. This hotel isn't worth the money.

At Fab Express RG Stay, the staff were friendly and the service was efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for both work and leisure. Good amenities, too. A reliable, hassle-free place to stay.

The location was horrible, with no restaurants nearby, and marble shops all around meant constant dust and noise. The app photos were far better than what I actually found, and there were problems from check-in through checkout. No hot water, no AC, and no other accessories either. There wasn't even a name board, so finding the place from the Google location took 1-3 hours. I'd give zero stars if I could.
