The plumbing was awful. The cock didn’t work and the W C seat had come loose from the pot. We complained, but nobody responded. A really bad experience.

The rooms need a deep clean. They were very untidy, the drawers were full of dirt, and the towels weren’t properly clean. The TV remotes and phone didn’t work.

The hotel is down a congested lane, and its gates stay shut yuptill 8 am. There’s no inhouse kitchen, so we had to go out for coffee and breakfast all three days. The towels were poor quality and the bed Sheet wasn’t clean.

The location and hotel don’t justify the price, which was why I gave it 2 stars. It might have been 3 if it weren’t so costly. I can’t recall the other problems now, but the rooms had a poor finish and a smell, and there were big spider webs in some spots. The TV was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. You have to request toiletries and towels, as they aren’t provided by default. There’s no drinking water facility, even in such a big hotel, so you have to buy bottles from them. The person in charge at night was very rude and unprofessional.
