The food had a bit too much salt, and neither the food nor room service was good. Nobody at reception listened, and the gas station in room 103 wasn't working.

I've had good experiences with palm tree hotels before, but this property didn't meet expectations. The place itself is good, while the room service was disappointing. Before checking out, I ordered tea and mineral water, but nothing arrived even after an hour. When I raised it with reception, the staff member looked at me like I was a goon. That was terrible 😔. I hope senior management will replace employees like this or train them in how to deal with customers.

If you go there, watch your belongings. They won't take responsibility if anything goes missing from your room, whether it's documents, money, or something else. Pathetic.

I booked through MakeMyTrip expecting decent service, but came away feeling humiliated and overcharged. I'm seeking a full refund and have already filed a complaint. Krishna Dev in particular was rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. The staff member showed no courtesy, and I was treated arrogantly. I also faced an extra card payment fee that hadn't been disclosed when I booked. That felt unethical and unacceptable. My experience at Hot Green Palms, Delhi was terrible. Avoid this hotel if you value your money and peace of mind. I absolutely don't recommend it.
