The staff are mostly humble and polite, but I’d never recommend this place or stay here again. It’s altogether very unhygienic. The rooms are dusty and haven’t had a deep clean in ages, the toilets aren’t maintained well, and the housekeeping staff need more training. Most of the cups in the rooms are cracked. Dirt is visible on the tables under the glass tops, and the room lights are very old and dirty. I think management should replace them.

Kuldeep was especially helpful with room service and promptly made sure we had what we needed. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and we were lucky to get a room with a view. The rooms were great and very clean, with excellent upkeep, making for a pleasant and comfortable stay. There was some construction noise for a couple of days, which was a bit distracting, and the bathroom was on the small side. Still, we had a good experience.

The housekeeping service made my stay much more comfortable. Dalchand was attentive and polite, kept my room fresh, clean, and organized, and did the cleaning on time each day. The linen, bathroom, and overall hygiene were excellent, and I appreciated the quick response whenever I asked for anything extra. He paid attention to the smallest details and showed real professionalism and dedication. Great job, Dalchand, and keep up the excellent work! Thanks 1452

Kabir kept my room clean, comfortable, and well organized throughout my pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Mayur Vihar. His attention to cleanliness and detail made the visit enjoyable. I’d also like to thank Supervisor Kamal for managing the housekeeping team so efficiently. His support and supervision show in the high service standards.
