There’s an on-site restaurant with an all-day menu and buffet breakfast, and the staff were professional, polite, and helpful. The hotel is well kept and has modern amenities. My room was roomy, with a desk, a comfortable chair, plenty of storage and hangers, and a TV with lots of channels. The air purifier ran quietly. The bathroom was stocked and had dependable hot water, but the pressure was low if you wanted a very hot shower. For cleaning, you need to leave your key at the front desk. It’s near Kailash Colony metro station, with a coffee shop, grocery store, and several restaurants within walking distance. It was relatively quiet for India, and I’d stay here again.

The team was polite and quick to help, which made the visit easy and pleasant. My room was very clean, spacious, and kept to a high standard of comfort and hygiene. The interiors were nice, the bedding was comfortable, and all the amenities worked properly. I had a great stay.

The rooms are clean and nice, and the front desk guys were so helpful. They really go out of their way for you. I did feel sick and frightened when I came out of my room into a huge cloud of bug spray. It seemed extremely toxic, especially with guests in the building. I know they’re trying to keep mosquitoes away, but please find another way or do it at another time. Thanks for all your help, though!

The staff were friendly, and I felt safe. The air filters are a real plus in Delhi, and the rooms have air conditioning. The bed was okay for me. I didn’t try breakfast, but I didn’t like the way it looked. It’s an okay budget hotel if you keep your expectations low. It wasn’t cozy, I could hear everything in the hallway, and it took 15 minutes to heat a 20L bucket of water, leaving about three minutes for a hot shower before it kept getting colder.
