Hotel Aerotech by OYO Rooms

My confirmed booking price was much lower than what the hotel charged, and I felt the management deliberately misled me to get extra money. I consider this dishonest and unethical, and authorities like the Delhi government should take strict legal action. Booking.com should also ban and blacklist the hotel to protect other customers. I strongly warn people not to book here. I believe they’re liars and scammers who will try to exploit you.

The room and toilet looked totally different in person from what the website showed. The room was in poor condition, and the AC was very poor. There were no food facilities, and I was charged extra for something shown on the Booking.com site. The staff were very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

The location is excellent, near the airport and a 10-minute walk from the metro. But my seven-night Booking reservation was 2,730 INR, and reception demanded 4,200 INR when I arrived. This is the second time I’ve run into this: another place sent me here before for the same reason, after they tried to charge double the Booking price. The 'Deluxe' room had no hot water, unreliable air conditioning, and nobody came to clean it. Avoid this place. The prices don’t seem honest, and the services don’t match the description.

The room wasn’t as advertised online, and the whole experience felt like a scam and misrepresentation. I booked Hotel Aerotech on Booking.com for ₹1400, but after a long journey the staff insisted I pay another ₹300, saying, “online price aisa hi dikhata hai sir, itne me nahi hoga.” They then showed me a fake receipt in Booking.com’s name, which was misleading. The room smelled bad, including the washroom, the AC didn’t work and only the fan did, and the bedsheet had holes. It also looked nothing like the photos. The quality was very poor, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
