Breakfast was a problem. It came very late, around 10:30 AM, and the wait felt intentional, with no proper explanation. When we asked politely for an earlier breakfast the next day because of our schedule, staff refused and offered no alternative. They were also rude and unprofessional after noticing we'd ordered food from outside, and wouldn't provide basic cutlery when we asked. The room itself was filthy and poorly kept, with cockroaches, hair left in the bathroom, and linen that clearly hadn't been cleaned or changed properly. The pillows had visible saliva and sweat stains. The hygiene was shockingly poor, and the place felt unsafe. The stay was deeply disappointing, with cleanliness and basic hospitality falling short.

Check-in was quick and easy, and housekeeping responded fast and sorted out problems. The room was neat, clean, and had all the amenities. The hotel was well managed, with friendly staff, and I had a comfortable, nice stay. I'll visit again for sure.

We got a towel after 30 minutes, and it was wet. When we asked about it, they said, "hum to geela hi dete hai." Breakfast had no choices, just one slice of sandwich, served whenever suited them while we were asleep. The rooms and washroom smelled bad, too. This place charges like a 3 star, but feels like a 1 star. The reviews look fake. I wish I could get my time and money back. Terrible, pathetic doesn't even cover it.

We booked four nights for my parents, and I can't understand how this place got good reviews. Room service came only on the third day despite repeated calls. The room and washroom weren't properly cleaned, and the balcony was full of garbage and dust that looked like it had been there a long time. Breakfast was always bread and tea, meant to come between 8 and 9, but even after several calls it arrived at 10. The bread smelled old. The room had a full day, full no smoking smell. From what I saw, only couples seemed to come here, and I wouldn't recommend it for families or parents. Please don't book it for them.
