It has poor upkeep, an unhygienic bathroom, and hidden charges. I wish G-Map let people give this less than one star. Don’t book it, even by accident. Calling this building a hotel feels wrong.

We had to eat breakfast at another hotel, a 150m walk away, and it was very poor. The room we got wasn’t the type we’d booked. When we asked about it, they said two people didn’t need a room that big. We were also asked to pay a tourist tax that hadn’t been mentioned during booking. Luckily we had cash, since they wouldn’t accept a card. The beds were dirty, bugs covered the window sills, there was no hot water in the shower, and someone had left a random pair of thongs/flip flops in my room. They promised us each a room upgrade in the morning. My cousin got one, but I didn’t. Somehow they also put a positive review on my trip.com profile, which I later got deleted by contacting the app. Save yourself the time and book somewhere else.

The location was noisy and polluted, and there wasn’t even a lift to take luggage up. There was no hot water, food, or even tea. Our rooms had cobwebs and dirty, smelly linen, and the staff were rude. We paid for two rooms, but they cancelled one booking as “No Show.” Even a negative rating feels too high for this place.

They sent me to this hotel instead of Classic Plaza across the road. First they tried to charge me an extra 500r as tax. I showed them my booking.com payment, which already included it, and then they changed the explanation to an early check-in fee. The room was filthy and nothing like the pictures. The toilet seat was detached, with dried pee on it and black mold on the lid, and there was hair on the pillow. The shower only worked if I held it pulled out, so I could wash myself with just one hand. For breakfast, they sent me to yet another hotel, the one shown in the photos here.

They gave us the wrong location when we asked on WhatsApp, then led us to this hotel, which looked nothing like the photos on booking.com. The room smelled unbearably of chemicals. They said it was just cockroach spray. We’d paid for four beds but there were only three. We left straight away, but they refused to refund our money. This was a terrible hotel and a fake listing. Stay far away.
