The cleaning staff were the only people who came across as helpful and sensible. They were polite, understanding, and tried to calm things down both at night and in the morning. That was a sharp contrast with the rest of my experience at KRYC, Jasola. The AC made such awful noises that I worried it might blow at any moment. Around midnight, Sudhanshu came to inspect it, but argued with us, said it was running normally, and behaved badly instead of addressing the problem. When we asked to change rooms, he said none were available and kept making unnecessary drama. The next morning, Priya at reception was just as argumentative and rude. She claimed we had refused a room change, said we were lying, then demanded extra payment as we were leaving at 11:45. I have a video showing the AC, room number, and hotel name, though reviews don’t seem to allow video uploads. The cleaning staff even asked the others to let it go and stop arguing. Management and reception were unprofessional, disrespectful, and had a terrible attitude. If you want peace of mind, avoid KRYC Jasola. I even

This place is also a clinic and IVF centre, not just accommodation. The service was unpleasant: they don’t offer a buffet breakfast and serve whatever they choose. The bathroom had black towels, and even after I asked, they wouldn’t provide tissues. I complained several times about the hot-water line, but they refused to fix it. They also make noise early in the morning and seem totally unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I’d rate it 3 out of 5. The staff were genuinely kind, humble, positive, and helpful, though they could be slow to deliver service. The neighborhood is quiet, the location feels secure, and the rooms are clean and nice. The price feels high for the facilities and services, and there’s no three-meal package, just breakfast. Breakfast itself was good, but the choices were limited. The place also doesn’t have a clear standout feature. While I was there, the owner pressed me to leave a review on the spot, which felt a little uncomfortable. I couldn’t be fully open with them standing there. Now that I’m home and can say what I really thought without hesitation, this is my edited, unbiased review.

Water was brought to the room every day, and the attendants responded when I called. Room service was good too. But I asked a cleaner to remove the soap grease from the bathroom glass by the shower, and he never did. B Julius Seychelles
