Gopi, the manager, was especially rude and disrespectful. Instead of sorting out problems, he argued with customers and acted aggressively. The management’s manner with guests was extremely unprofessional, and they had no manners when speaking to us. I’d strongly advise people not to stay here. It isn’t worth your money or peace of mind.

Hotel Kundan Palace, New Delhi was clean, peaceful, and good value for the money. The rates were reasonable for the service, location, and standard of cleanliness. My room was hygienic and sanitized, housekeeping came regularly, the linens were fresh, and the washroom was spotless. The staff were cooperative, polite, and ready to help with a smile from check-in onward. That made the stay comfortable and stress-free. I was very satisfied and would choose Hotel Kundan Palace again on my next visit. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, clean, affordable stay in New Delhi. Special thanks to Bijoy Da and Gopy Da. ❤️

A good option near the hospital. The rooms are beautiful and have cooking facilities, and the manager and receptionist were helpful.

The people outside the office were even worse than the hotel. The service was bad, and they didn’t say that unmarried couples aren’t allowed. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

The manager, Gopi, was extremely rude and had no manners. He was even ready to fight with a customer and told us to check out. Management treated customers badly and spoke to them without basic courtesy. I’d say don’t stay here. This was awful behavior from Gopi.
