The washroom was stinky and had no soap or paper, and the tea in the morning had way too much sugar. They also wanted payment before we ordered food because they had to get it from outside, which felt like they didn’t trust customers. We were already stressed from dealing with airport staff, then the hotel manager made things worse by not checking the reservation we’d made on their website and causing more trouble instead of helping. No management or cleanliness. A completely unsatisfactory, unacceptable stay.

The bad smell hits you right away, and the service is genuinely awful. Don’t waste your money here. There are plenty of other hotels to visit. 👎

A clean, neat bed and a good, luxurious room.

Reception staff object if any of my acquaintances or business colleagues come to see me in my room. A visitor isn’t automatically a criminal or a prostitute!
