Hotel Le Benz

The rooms were clean, and the staff at Hotel Le Benz were really helpful. It’s close to the metro and New Delhi railway station, too. The hotel has a lovely look and feels suited to families. I’ll definitely stay here next time. Thanks to all the staff at Hotel Le Benz!

The room itself was an okay size, but the mattress was so soft that I slept terribly. The TV was supposed to be a smart TV, yet it didn’t work and wasn’t smart at all. We’d checked about the AC before booking and were told it worked, then after confirming the reservation they said we couldn’t use it because it hadn’t been serviced. Staff were very rude, and the hospitality was awful. For this price, it’s not worth it; there are better, cheaper places nearby. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The food we ordered was barely edible, and the room was filthy, with dust everywhere. When we asked for cleaning, nobody did anything or seemed to listen. Staff were always on their phones. The bathroom wasn’t clean either, and we had to ask before they gave us toiletries. Even the towels were untidy, and they’d used some outside the bathroom as a mat. There were spiders and lizards in the room. Staying at "Le benz" Pahadganj was horrible. I wish I could attach photos. Don’t choose this place if you want to relax. The service will just boil your blood.

The staff were really rude, and the place wasn’t clean. Cockroaches were all over the rooms. Worst hotel ever.
