I’m giving two stars because the staff were friendly, responsive, and helped however they could. The room itself was very poor for the price, and I think it should cost half as much. The geyser didn’t work, the tap leaked, and the bedsheets and pillow cover were dirty and looked as if they hadn’t been washed for days.

The service was very poor and the room quality was low. The bathrooms were dirty, too.

The management changed and the hotel was renamed. Online bookings aren’t valid.
