The experience was pathetic. The staff member I spoke with on the phone was unbearably rude and ill-mannered, then hung up as if I were asking for some kind of favor. You pay and get treated like shit. I'd tell everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs.

I stayed at Hotel Palm Greens and Serviced Apartments in J-Block Saket in September 2024 as part of a 38-person baraat for a relative's Delhi wedding. The hotel is economical and clean, in an upscale locality, with plenty of parking. The staff were especially helpful and even arranged a vintage car buggy for the groom, a band, and lighting for a very reasonable fee. A big DDA market is directly across from the hotel, with more than five tailors, a liquor shop, bars and restaurants including Hira Sweets, and over two dry cleaners. Malviya Nagar Metro Station is a 10-minute walk away. I'd definitely recommend Hotel Palm Greens in Saket.

I stayed for three days. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and nice. Everyone on staff was friendly, and the front desk team were very helpful. The food was fresh and delicious too. I'd recommend it to anyone coming here.

The rooms are clean and decent, without being fancy, and the food is tasty with good portions. It’s handy for getting around from central Saket, and felt safe for me to travel alone as a woman. A good, wallet-friendly option for work or business trips.

The room was neat, and the property seemed well run. Staff were supportive and got me checked in within five minutes. Much better managed than the poorly run Fab hotels I’ve stayed at. The Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable, though, and seemed to fail about half the time.
