Hotel River View

Booking on site was a hassle because the server kept going down, and the process felt unnecessarily difficult. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful too. I was also frustrated by what seemed to be an attempt to overcharge me after they learned I was an OCI holder. That kind of discriminatory pricing is unacceptable. The room was stuffy and hard to sleep in because the AC wasn’t cooling properly. Worse, there were insects, especially small cockroaches, which made the hygiene situation uncomfortable. A very unpleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you expect basic cleanliness, fair treatment, and professional service.

The room was good, and the location worked well for us since there was somewhere to park the vehicle.

We couldn't sleep because room 306 smelled awful, like a sewer, and the whole place felt extremely unhygienic. We got out as soon as we could without even going into the washroom. The staff didn't help, and the bread they served was underbaked while the tea tasted terrible. When we raised the room problem, the receptionist brushed us off and blamed the previous guests, as though they had caused the mess. It was a nightmare. Somehow, Allah saved us.

The hotel is right on the main road, so getting to it is easy, especially for this kind of neighborhood.
