Hotel Royal India By OYO Rooms

I came for a Lifestyle Medicine conference with my daughter, and the staff made us feel like we mattered. Everyone in the service team was professional, caring, and helpful, and room service was wonderful. The room was so comfortable, with the best bed and pillows. I slept like a baby. The hotel's in a great spot, close to shopping, restaurants, and White River park, which was convenient for exercise and fun. The accommodations were excellent, and the low-fat plant-based food was AMAZING. There were lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, well-made legumes, a variety of vegetable dishes, and tasty snacks and drinks like vegan smoothies and fruit water. Thanks for making our stay so great!

There were spiders and cobwebs all over the room, which also had a bad smell. The room hadn't been cleaned, and neither the sheets nor other linen looked fresh. The phone didn't work, the TV remote was broken, and there wasn't even a bath mug in the bathroom. A really bad stay.

I was only there briefly, but the location was fantastic and the attention to detail stood out. The lobby, restaurant, and rooms were beautiful, and the service was top notch. I may have stayed longer and checked out the spa if I'd known how enjoyable it would be. I'll definitely return for business.

Room service took far too long, and drinking water was a problem since warm water wasn't available. The bathroom heater also took ages to heat up. They charged extra when a female friend came to visit, and gave me a different room from the one assigned through the Oyo app. Google Maps made the hotel easy enough to find, though a sign outside would still help.
