Hotel Solo Victoria

The rooms were in very bad shape, with seepage in the lobby and rooms. The door locks also didn't work properly, which raised a safety concern. Other nearby places offer much more for the same price. I strongly recommend avoiding this property. I had a night flight and checked out before the stated time, then sat at reception to continue working. Mr.Parveen/praveen, who has leased the hotel, objected and asked me to pay for an extra half day, saying I was disturbing the staff's privacy. The reception is meant to be a waiting area for guests, so that made no sense to me. I left right then rather than argue. They treated me like I didn't matter once I checked out.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the clean, inviting lobby made a good impression. We especially liked the spacious, well-equipped rooms, with big comfortable beds and fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet had lots of delicious choices. Solo Victoria's central location also made it easy to explore Delhi. My family and I had a very enjoyable weekend getaway, and we'd highly recommend it for a family vacation.

The laundry service was very good and inexpensive, and they straightened the room and replaced the towels every day. I stayed for several days and mostly felt comfortable. The daytime doorman and the owner at the desk at night were particularly friendly and helpful. There's 24-hour room service, though I didn't use it. Breakfast was complimentary and made to order. I'd definitely stay again.

The room was so comfortable, and the food was really delicious. It's a very private place, and the staff are great and always ready to help. I had a great experience and would suggest this hotel to everyone.
